Ingredients
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 15g chia seeds
  • handful of raspberries
  • handful of blueberries
  • 1tsp honey
Method
  • Mix the oats, almond milk, yoghurt and chia seeds together in a bowl or jar and pop in the fridge for at least half an hour, or overnight. You may need to add a splash of water to loosen the mixture.

  • Serve topped with the raspberries, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
