Ingredients
  • 125g Asda Smart Price Cashew Nuts
  • 250g pack Asda Egg Noodles
  • 700g pack Asda Smart Price Vegetable and Beansprout Stir-Fry
  • 320g jar Asda Chinese Curry Cooking Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
  • Toss the cashews in a hot wok and dry fry until golden – this should only take a minute, so don’t let them burn. Remove from the wok and set aside.

  • Add the noodles to a large pan of boiling water, then bring back to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain thoroughly.

  • Heat the oil in a wok. Add the vegetable and beansprout mix and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  • Add the cooked noodles and jar of curry sauce and heat through, stirring so everything is coated. Simmer for 1 minute, then stir in the cashews and serve.
