Oriental nut stir-fry
- 125g Asda Smart Price Cashew Nuts
- 250g pack Asda Egg Noodles
- 700g pack Asda Smart Price Vegetable and Beansprout Stir-Fry
- 320g jar Asda Chinese Curry Cooking Sauce
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Toss the cashews in a hot wok and dry fry until golden – this should only take a minute, so don’t let them burn. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Add the noodles to a large pan of boiling water, then bring back to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the vegetable and beansprout mix and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles and jar of curry sauce and heat through, stirring so everything is coated. Simmer for 1 minute, then stir in the cashews and serve.
