Oven-cooked new potatoes
- 600g baby potatoes
- 100ml chicken stock
- 50g butter
Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Put the baby potatoes in a roasting tin with the stock and butter. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil. Return the roasting tin to the oven and cook for a further 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown and all the stock has evaporated.
