Ingredients
  • 125ml almond milk
  • 2tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2tbsp peanut butter
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
  • 100g rolled oats
  • Kiwi and mango, to serve
Method
  • On Saturday evening before Mother’s Day, put the almond milk, poppy seeds, peanut butter and syrup in a jar. Add the oats and stir. Cover and put in the fridge.

  • In the morning, cut the kiwi and mango into cubes, use to top the oats, and serve.
