Parmesan and pesto twists
- 375g Asda Ready Rolled Light Puff Pastry
- 4tbsp Asda Reduced Fat Green Pesto, plus extra to serve
- 50g grated Parmesan
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- 50g Asda Four Seed Mix
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C/Gas 6. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Unroll the pastry, spread with the pesto and then sprinkle with the Parmesan. Cut the sheet in half across its length, then slice the 2 halves into 2cm-wide strips across the length.
Twist and gently stretch each strip; arrange on the baking trays. Brush with the egg and scatter over the seeds. Bake for 12-15mins, until golden brown. Serve with the extra pesto in a bowl to dip. Store the twists in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
