Ingredients
  • 6 slices Asda White Square Thick Sliced Bread, crusts removed
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 200g pot Asda Good for You Sour Cream and Chive Dip
Method
  • Cut each slice of bread into four fingers, brush with oil and dip into the Parmesan on both sides.

  • Put the bread fingers on a baking tray and cook under a pre-heated grill for 2 minutes on each side or until golden.

  • Cool, then put in a sealed container. Serve with the sour cream dip.
