Parmesan fingers with sour cream dip
- 6 slices Asda White Square Thick Sliced Bread, crusts removed
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 50g Parmesan, finely grated
- 200g pot Asda Good for You Sour Cream and Chive Dip
Cut each slice of bread into four fingers, brush with oil and dip into the Parmesan on both sides.
Put the bread fingers on a baking tray and cook under a pre-heated grill for 2 minutes on each side or until golden.
Cool, then put in a sealed container. Serve with the sour cream dip.
