Parmesan and poppy seed twists
- 375g Asda Ready Rolled Light Puff Pastry
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- 50g Asda Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 20g poppy seeds
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Unroll the pastry and brush all over with the beaten egg, mixed with 1tbsp water.
Slice the pastry into 2cm-wide strips; sprinkle over the Parmesan (saving about 10g) and poppy seeds. Twist the strips and put on the trays.
Bake for 15-20 mins until golden. Sprinkle over the remaining Parmesan while warm.
