Ingredients
  • 300g Asda Chosen by you Spirali (or other pasta shapes)
  • 4 tbsp Asda Green Pesto
  • 3 Asda Roasted Red Peppers (from a jar), drained
  • 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 basil leaves, shredded
  • 50g toasted pine nuts
Method
  • Cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water.

  • Transfer to a bowl and gently stir in the pesto.

  • Slice the peppers. Stir the peppers, tomatoes, basil leaves and pine nuts into the bowl.
