Pasta with smoked salmon
- 2 x 260g packs Asda Extra Special Cold Smoked Salmon
- 1 unwaxed lemon, zest and juice of
- 350g tagliatelle
- 200ml Asda Good for you Reduced Fat Crème Fraîche
- 4 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Cut a large square of foil and put the salmon in the middle. Sprinkle on 2 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp water. Season, and make a loose parcel with room inside for the air to circulate but with tightly sealed edges. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
Meanwhile, heat a large pan of water until boiling, add the tagliatelle and cook for 8-10 minutes.
While the fish and pasta are cooking, mix the crème fraîche with the lemon zest and dill in a bowl. Season with black pepper.
Flake the fish and toss through the tagliatelle with the crème fraîche mixture.
