Ingredients
  • 2 x 260g packs Asda Extra Special Cold Smoked Salmon
  • 1 unwaxed lemon, zest and juice of
  • 350g tagliatelle
  • 200ml Asda Good for you Reduced Fat Crème Fraîche
  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Cut a large square of foil and put the salmon in the middle. Sprinkle on 2 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp water. Season, and make a loose parcel with room inside for the air to circulate but with tightly sealed edges. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.

  • Meanwhile, heat a large pan of water until boiling, add the tagliatelle and cook for 8-10 minutes.

  • While the fish and pasta are cooking, mix the crème fraîche with the lemon zest and dill in a bowl. Season with black pepper.

  • Flake the fish and toss through the tagliatelle with the crème fraîche mixture.
