Peach and prosciutto pizza bianco
- 2 Grower’s Selection Ready To Eat Peaches, destoned and sliced
- 1tsp rapeseed oil
- ½ x 290g pack Asda Pizza Mix
- 3tbsp Asda Light Mascarpone
- 1tbsp thyme leaves
- 1tsp chilli flakes
- Zest 1 lemon
- 1tbsp balsamic glaze
Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7.
Heat a griddle or frying pan on a high setting. Toss the peaches in the oil and fry on both sides until they start to caramelise.
Make the pizza base according to the pack instructions. Roll out onto a baking tray and spread with the mascarpone. Top with the thyme, chilli and peaches. Bake for 10-15 mins until the base is crisp and golden.
Top the pizza with the prosciutto and zest. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Cut into 8 slices and serve.
