Ingredients
  • 1 pear
  • 150ml coconut water
  • 1tbsp clear honey
  • Handful kale
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 10g fresh ginger
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
Method
  • Cut a thin lengthways slice from 1 pear and reserve; core and trim the rest. Blend until smooth with the coconut water, honey, kale, celery, ginger and cinnamon. Serve in a glass or jar, garnished with the pear slice.
