Ingredients
  • 2 red chillies, de-seeded and chopped
  • 2 tsp crushed dried chillies
  • 2 red peppers, de-seeded and chopped
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp crushed dried chillies
  • 150ml groundnut oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 tbsp malt vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon, roughly chopped and seeds removed
Method
  • Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor.

  • Put in an airtight container and refrigerate – it will keep chilled for up to 3 days.
