Ingredients
  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, quartered, deseeded and cubed
  • 1 small red onion, finally chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • ½ small bunch of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • 50ml Asda Guajillo & Chipotle Sauce 
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g Asda Tortilla Chips, to serve
Method
  • Combine the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, coriander and Guajillo & Chipotle Sauce in a large mixing bowl.

  • Stir in the lime juice and olive oil and serve with the tortilla chips on the side.
