Ingredients
  • 11.5g pack Asda No Added Sugar Orange Flavour Jelly
  • 100ml Pimm’s
  • 2 medium oranges
  • 8 Asda Trifle Sponges
  • 150g strawberries, sliced
  • 400g tin Asda 30% Less Fat Ready To Serve Custard
Method
  • Make up the jelly according to the pack instructions, replacing the cold water with Pimm’s. Chill for 1 hr.

  • Cut fine strips of zest from the oranges and set aside. Remove the peel and pith then chop the flesh.

  • Break up the sponges and divide them between 6 clean jars. Top with the oranges and strawberries. Pour over the jelly and chill for 2 hrs.

  • Stir the custard and spoon over the jelly. Chill for 1 hr. Top with the reserved orange zest to serve.
