Ingredients
  • 85g pack Grower's Selection Watercress
  • 400g very ripe pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 1cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 400ml coconut water
  • 4 sprigs watercress
Method
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blitz together for 30 seconds or until smooth.

  • Serve in tall glasses, with a straw and a watercress sprig to garnish.
