Pineapple with honey and black pepper drizzle
- 4tbsp Chosen by you Pure Clear Honey
- Zest 1 lime, plus lime wedges and more zest, to serve
- 2 x 200g packs Grower’s Selection Pineapple Fingers
To make the drizzle, place the honey, lime zest and 1⁄2tsp freshly ground black pepper in a bowl and mix together.
Preheat the barbecue or grill to a medium heat. Thread each pineapple piece onto a bamboo skewer previously soaked in water for 30 mins.
Cook the skewers for 4-5 mins on each side until caramelised and starting to char. Drizzle with the honey sauce, top with more lime zest, and serve straight away with lime wedges on the side.
