Pink grapefruit & bramble winter spritz mocktail

Ingredients
  • 1 fresh blackberry
  • 1 slice red grapefruit
  • 100ml Extra Special Non-Alcoholic Premium botanical Drink
  • 50ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 20ml grenadine
  • 50m Shloer Pink /bubbly
  • Soda water, to top up
  • Sprig of thyme, to garnish
Method

  • Pre-chill a large wine glass.

  • Add fresh ice, the blackberry and a grapefruit slice to the glass.

  • Stir in the botanical drink, grapefruit juice and grenadine.

  • Add the Shloer: top up with soda water; stir gently to mix.

  • Garnish with the thyme.
