Plum and peach crumble
- 350g plums, stoned and sliced
- 2 peaches, stoned and sliced
- 2 tbsp demerara sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 225g pack Asda Crumble Mix
- Custard (or cream), to serve
Stone and slice the plums and peaches (fresh or canned) and put them in a baking dish.
Sprinkle over the sugar and pour in the water and lemon juice. Sprinkle the crumble mix over the top.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with custard or cream.
