Ingredients
  • 350g plums, stoned and sliced
  • 2 peaches, stoned and sliced
  • 2 tbsp demerara sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 225g pack Asda Crumble Mix
  • Custard (or cream), to serve
Method
  • Stone and slice the plums and peaches (fresh or canned) and put them in a baking dish.

  • Sprinkle over the sugar and pour in the water and lemon juice. Sprinkle the crumble mix over the top.

  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with custard or cream.
