Ingredients
  • 170g watercress
  • 200g radishes, sliced
  • 2 pomegranates, seeds separated
  • 25g flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 1 tbsp honey
Method
  • Put the watercress, radishes, pomegranate seeds and parsley into a serving bowl and toss together.

  • Stir the lemon juice, vinegar, oil, sumac and honey together until combined and drizzle over the top of the salad.
