Ingredients
  • 700g pack Asda Pork Loin Steaks
  • 75ml soy sauce
  • 75ml lemon juice
  • 75ml honey
  • 75ml brown sauce
  • Green salad
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Batons of cucumber
  • Batons of carrot
Method
  • Put a 700g pack Asda Pork Loin Steaks in a glass or china dish and pour over a marinade made with equal parts soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and brown sauce. Mix gently so that all the pieces of meat are thoroughly coated in the sauce. Cover with cling film and chill in the fridge until ready to cook.

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Arrange the steaks in a single layer in a greased roasting tin and cook in the oven for 40 minutes, basting occasionally. Serve with a green salad and cherry tomatoes or batons of cucumber and carrot.
