- 12 slices Extra Special Unsmoked Streaky Bacon
- 12 Extra Special Classic Pork Chipolata Sausages
Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Wrap a slice of bacon around each sausage.
Arrange in a single layer in a medium-sized shallow ovenproof dish.
Cook in the oven for 35 mins or until crisp, turning halfway through.
Drain on kitchen roll before transferring to a serving dish.
TOP TIP: If your bacon always unravels from the sausages while they're cooking, bring it up to room temperature and stretch it before you wrap it around the sausages.
