- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp soured cream
- 2 tsp Asda Coarse Grain Mustard
- 2 tsp Asda Dried Onion Granules
- 1 kg new potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp wine vinegar
- 4 spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
Mix the mayonnaise, soured cream, mustard and onion granules. Chill in the fridge.
Boil the new potatoes in their skins. Drain the potatoes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk together the olive oil and wine vinegar. Season and mix with the hot potatoes.
When cold, mix with the mayonnaise dressing. Before serving, stir in the spring onions and chives.
