Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp soured cream
  • 2 tsp Asda Coarse Grain Mustard
  • 2 tsp Asda Dried Onion Granules
  • 1 kg new potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp wine vinegar
  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
Method
  • Mix the mayonnaise, soured cream, mustard and onion granules. Chill in the fridge.

  • Boil the new potatoes in their skins. Drain the potatoes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

  • Whisk together the olive oil and wine vinegar. Season and mix with the hot potatoes.

  • When cold, mix with the mayonnaise dressing. Before serving, stir in the spring onions and chives.
