- 25g raspberries, plus a few extra to garnish
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 50ml Absolut Raspberri
- 25ml lemon juice
- 150ml soda water
Put the raspberries into a tall highball glass and muddle with the end of a wooden spoon.
Add a handful of ice and the sugar syrup, Absolut Raspberri and lemon juice. Stir together with the spoon, then top up with the soda water.
Garnish with the extra raspberries to serve.
