Fresh juice is the perfect accompaniment to any breakfast in bed. Not only will it be a nice suprise for Mum, but it's healthy too, helping towards her 5 a day. Plus it's so easy to make that even the littlest of Chefs will feel included.
Put a handful of raspberries in a measuring jug and mash with a fork.
Halve 2 oranges, squeeze the juice into the jug and mix well. Serve chilled, decorated with a raspberry.
