Rhubarb Yogurt gin Spritz
Ingredients
  • 50ml ASDA Rhubarb & Custard Gin
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Activia Rhubarb Yogurt
  • 20ml Happy Egg Co Liquid Egg White
  • Cream Soda top-up
Method
  • Add the first 4 ingredients to your shaker, without ice, and shake for 10 seconds.

  • Then add ice and shake for a further 15 seconds.

  • Fine strain over cubed ice into the glass.

  • Add the Cream Sode, then stir gently to combine.

  • Add a stripe of rhubarb twisted into the glass to garnish
