Rhubarb Yogurt gin Spritz

- 50ml ASDA Rhubarb & Custard Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Vanilla Syrup
- 1 tbsp Activia Rhubarb Yogurt
- 20ml Happy Egg Co Liquid Egg White
- Cream Soda top-up
Add the first 4 ingredients to your shaker, without ice, and shake for 10 seconds.
Then add ice and shake for a further 15 seconds.
Fine strain over cubed ice into the glass.
Add the Cream Sode, then stir gently to combine.
Add a stripe of rhubarb twisted into the glass to garnish
