Roast Dinner Traybake
- 400g Asda frozen Golden Crispy Potatoes
- 2 lemons, quartered
- 4 Butcher’s Selection Chicken Breasts
- Pack Butcher’s Selection 12 British Pigs in Blankets
- 2 small red onions, peeled and cut into quarters
- 300g pack Asda Carrots, Cauliflower & Broccoli
- 4tbsp Asda Chicken Gravy Granules
- 1-2tsp rapeseed oil
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
Put all the ingredients apart from the gravy granules into a large roasting tin, then toss to coat with the oil. Season with black pepper and roast for 25-30 mins until cooked through.
Make the gravy in a large jug, according to the pack instructions. Add some of the roasted onion and blitz with a handheld blender. Serve the traybake with the gravy on the side.
