Ingredients
  • 400g Asda frozen Golden Crispy Potatoes
  • 2 lemons, quartered
  • 4 Butcher’s Selection Chicken Breasts
  • Pack Butcher’s Selection 12 British Pigs in Blankets
  • 2 small red onions, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 300g pack Asda Carrots, Cauliflower & Broccoli
  • 4tbsp Asda Chicken Gravy Granules
  • 1-2tsp rapeseed oil
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.

  • Put all the ingredients apart from the gravy granules into a large roasting tin, then toss to coat with the oil. Season with black pepper and roast for 25-30 mins until cooked through.

  • Make the gravy in a large jug, according to the pack instructions. Add some of the roasted onion and blitz with a handheld blender. Serve the traybake with the gravy on the side.
