Ingredients
  • 1.75kg Asda Roast in the Bag Stuffed Turkey Crown
  • 20g unsalted butter
  • 4tbsp plain flour
  • 2 x 24g Asda Chicken Stock Pots
  • Juice 1 clementine
  • 80ml dry sherry
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 20g pack thyme, to serve

  • Stir in the clementine juice and sherry. Add the rosemary and bay leaves; simmer for 20 mins.
