Ingredients
  • 500g tenderstem broccoli
  • 1tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 20g flaked almonds
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.

  • Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 1 min. Drain and leave to steam dry for 2 mins.

  • Toss the broccoli in the oil, chilli, garlic, almonds and a grind of freshly ground black pepper. Roast in the oven for 10mins until lightly crisp.

  • Drizzle with lemon juice and zest and serve.
