Ingredients
  • 250g Asda Light Mascarpone
  • 1tbsp golden syrup
  • 1tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 rich tea biscuits
  • 2tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2tbsp chopped dried apricots
  • 3tbsp Chosen by you Pink & White Mini Mallows
Method
  • Mix together the mascarpone, golden syrup and vanilla extract. Divide the mixture in two and mix the cocoa powder into one half.

  • For the sprinkles, mix together the biscuits, roughly crumbled, dried cranberries, chopped dried apricots and marshmallows.

  • Place a tablespoon of the vanilla mascarpone in the bottom of four small lidded jars, or two larger jars to share between two. Top with a layer of sprinkles, then a spoonful of the chocolate mascarpone and more sprinkles.

  • Repeat until all the ingredients are used. Close the lid and store in the fridge until needed.
