Rocky road trifle in a jar
- 250g Asda Light Mascarpone
- 1tbsp golden syrup
- 1tbsp vanilla extract
- 2tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 rich tea biscuits
- 2tbsp dried cranberries
- 2tbsp chopped dried apricots
- 3tbsp Chosen by you Pink & White Mini Mallows
Mix together the mascarpone, golden syrup and vanilla extract. Divide the mixture in two and mix the cocoa powder into one half.
For the sprinkles, mix together the biscuits, roughly crumbled, dried cranberries, chopped dried apricots and marshmallows.
Place a tablespoon of the vanilla mascarpone in the bottom of four small lidded jars, or two larger jars to share between two. Top with a layer of sprinkles, then a spoonful of the chocolate mascarpone and more sprinkles.
Repeat until all the ingredients are used. Close the lid and store in the fridge until needed.
