
Spiced lemon and ginger mule

Ingredients
- 25ml Asda Extra Special Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur
- 25ml spiced rum
- 15ml lemon juice
- 125ml ginger ale
- 1 slice lemon, to garnish
- 1 slice fresh ginger, to garnish
Method
Add the gin liqueur, rum and lemon to a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine.
Fill a jam jar with ice. Pour over the cocktail and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with the lemon and ginger. Serve immediately.
