Ingredients
  • 25ml Asda Extra Special Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur
  • 25ml spiced rum
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 125ml ginger ale
  • 1 slice lemon, to garnish
  • 1 slice fresh ginger, to garnish
Method
  • Add the gin liqueur, rum and lemon to a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine.

  • Fill a jam jar with ice. Pour over the cocktail and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with the lemon and ginger. Serve immediately.
