Ingredients
  • 2 x 200g Asda 50% Less Fat Soft Cheese
  • 3tbsp Asda Light Mayonnaise
  • 3tbsp Asda carrot purée
  • 275g carrots
  • 9 slices Asda Tiger Tin Bread
  • 250g carrot
  • 175g radish
  • Romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices Asda Tiger Tin Bread
Method
  • Mix 2 x 200g Asda 50% Less Fat Soft Cheese, 3tbsp Asda Light Mayonnaise and carrot purée (boil 275g carrots, drain, whizz with a handheld blender and cool).

  • Arrange 9 slices Asda Tiger Tin Bread, crusts removed, in the base and around the sides of an oiled Excellence by George Home Nonstick Round Springform Tin (20cm), £5.

  • Spread with a thin layer of soft cheese.

  • Layer up 250g carrot, grated, 175g radish, thinly sliced, and Romaine lettuce, shredded, inside the tin.

  • Top with 4 slices Asda Tiger Tin Bread, crusts removed.

  • Unclip the tin and transfer to a plate.

  • Spread with the remaining cheese. Decorate with cherry tomatoes, carrot, cucumber ribbons, watercress and radish cress.
