  • For the satay sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Asda Infused Chilli Oil
  • 175g Asda Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Asda Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Asda Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • Cut the pork into 2cm-wide strips. Mix together the rest of the ingredients. Put in a non-metallic dish with the pork and stir. Cover with cling film. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

  • Put wooden skewers in cold water to soak for 2 hours.

  • For the satay sauce, cook the garlic in the chilli oil for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the peanut butter, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and coconut milk. Stir until smooth. Cook over a low heat until simmering, then immediately remove from the heat. Stir in the coriander.
