Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 8 Butcher’s Selection Reduced Fat Pork Sausages
  • 180g pack Chosen by you Instant Mashed Potato
  • 2 x 410g cans Chosen by you Reduced Sugar & Salt Baked Beans
  • 50g Chosen by you 30% Less Fat Mature Light British Cheese, grated
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the sausages for 10-12 minutes. Cool, then halve.

  • Put the instant potato in a bowl and mix well with 765ml boiling water. Heat the beans, then transfer to a casserole dish. Spoon the potato over, then stick the sausages on top, cut side up.

  • Sprinkle over the cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes.
