Sausage and bean pie

- 1 tbsp oil
- 8 Butcher’s Selection Reduced Fat Pork Sausages
- 180g pack Chosen by you Instant Mashed Potato
- 2 x 410g cans Chosen by you Reduced Sugar & Salt Baked Beans
- 50g Chosen by you 30% Less Fat Mature Light British Cheese, grated
Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the sausages for 10-12 minutes. Cool, then halve.
Put the instant potato in a bowl and mix well with 765ml boiling water. Heat the beans, then transfer to a casserole dish. Spoon the potato over, then stick the sausages on top, cut side up.
Sprinkle over the cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes.
