Sausage meat and brioche stuffing muffins
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 400g pack Butcher's Selection Pork Sausage Meat
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped sage, plus sprigs to garnish
- 1 small apple, cored and grated
- 100g brioche, cut into 1cm cubes
Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Brush 6 holes of a muffin tin with the oil.
Put all the ingredients except the brioche in a bowl and mix well. Add the brioche and stir to combine. Spoon into the greased muffin tin holes.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Garnish with the sage sprigs.
