Ingredients
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 400g pack Butcher's Selection Pork Sausage Meat
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped sage, plus sprigs to garnish
  • 1 small apple, cored and grated
  • 100g brioche, cut into 1cm cubes
Method
  • Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Brush 6 holes of a muffin tin with the oil.

  • Put all the ingredients except the brioche in a bowl and mix well. Add the brioche and stir to combine. Spoon into the greased muffin tin holes.

  • Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Garnish with the sage sprigs.
