Ingredients
  • 1tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 400g pack Extra Special 6 Light & Lean Pork Sausages
  • 200g Frozen for Freshness Vegetable Base Mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3tbsp tomato purée
  • ½tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 2 x 400g tins Asda Mixed Beans in Tomato Sauce
  • 100g kale, washed
Method
  • Heat a little oil in a deep-sided frying pan. Cook the sausages for 6-8 mins on high, to brown. Set aside.

  • In the same pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the veg mix and garlic for 5-6 mins, stirring, until starting to colour.

  • Return the sausages to the pan; stir in the tomato purée and herbs. Season with black pepper. Add the beans and 200ml water.

  • Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 mins, uncovered, until reduced. Stir through the kale and cook until wilted before serving.
