Ingredients
  • 454g pack Asda British Cumberland Sausages
  • 400g new potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp coarse grain mustard
  • 4 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
  • 100g radishes, sliced
  • 2 sticks celery, sliced
  • 4 baby gherkins, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Asda Good For You Mayonnaise
Method
  • Cook the sausages to pack instructions. Cool and cut into thick slices.

  • Boil the new potatoes until just tender. Drain and when cool enough to handle, cut into chunks.

  • In a large bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar and mustard together and season to taste. Add the warm potatoes and toss to coat. Leave until cool.

  • Add the spring onions, radishes, celery, baby gherkins and mayonnaise to the bowl. Stir in the sliced sausages, toss well to combine and serve.
