Ingredients
  • 400g pack Extra Special 6 Caramelised Red Onion Pork Sausages
  • 3 small tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Grower's Selection Jumbo Mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 1tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 400g pack Asda Parmentier Potatoes
  • 1tbsp chopped parsley
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas . Arrange the sausages in a large baking tray.

  • Toss the tomatoes and sliced mushrooms in the oil until well coated. Arrange on the baking tray around the sausages.

  • Scatter the Parmentier potatoes around the tray. Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins, until the sausages are browned and cooked through. Sprinkle with black pepper and the parsley to serve.
