- 400g pack Extra Special 6 Caramelised Red Onion Pork Sausages
- 3 small tomatoes, halved
- 2 Grower's Selection Jumbo Mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 1tbsp rapeseed oil
- 400g pack Asda Parmentier Potatoes
- 1tbsp chopped parsley
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas . Arrange the sausages in a large baking tray.
Toss the tomatoes and sliced mushrooms in the oil until well coated. Arrange on the baking tray around the sausages.
Scatter the Parmentier potatoes around the tray. Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins, until the sausages are browned and cooked through. Sprinkle with black pepper and the parsley to serve.
