Ingredients
  • 50g oats
  • 150ml double cream
  • 2tbsp whiskey
  • 2tbsp runny honey
  • 150g raspberries
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Roast the oats on a baking tray for approximately 10mins until they are golden brown and nutty in flavour. Cool fully.

  • Whisk the cream until thick then gently fold in the whiskey, honey and raspberries. Sprinkle with the oats and divide between 4 dishes.
