Seasonal mojito with Sailor Jerry Spiced rum
- 10 mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
- 1 lime, chopped
- 2tsp golden caster sugar
- 1/2tsp mixed spice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 60ml Original Sailor Jerry Spiced rum
- Soda water, to top up
- 2 cranberries, to garnish
Chill a tall glass with ice.
Add the mint, lime and caster sugar, then muddle.
Stir in the spice and bitters.
Add a handful of ice.
Pour over the rum; stir well.
Top up with the soda water.
Garnish with the mint and the cranberries on a cocktail stick.
