Simnel cake fizz
- 50ml amaretto
- 30ml Cointreau
- Juice ½ lemon
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 200ml Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer
- 30g Asda Golden Marzipan
- Extra ground cinnamon, to serve
Put the amaretto, Cointreau, lemon juice and a pinch ground cinnamon into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until very cold.
Fill 2 tumblers with ice and strain over the cocktail. Top up with the ginger beer.
Roll the marzipan into 4 balls. Thread 2 each on 2 cocktail sticks and dust with a little ground cinnamon. Rest on the glasses before serving.
