Simple crimble crumble mince pies
- 8 Extra Special All Butter Pastry Cases
- 250g mincemeat
- 75g Aunt Bessie’s Golden Crumble Mix
Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Put the pastry cases on a baking tray and divide the mincemeat between them.
Sprinkle a little crumble topping on each. Bake for 15 mins until the topping is golden. Cool on the tray for 10 mins and serve warm. Also great cold.
TOP(PING) TIP Put canned fruit in a dish, top with the remaining Aunt Bessie’s Golden Crumble Mix, and bake until golden.
