Smoked salmon blinis
- ½ lemon
- 125g Asda 50% Less Fat Light Original Soft Cheese
- 162g pack The Highlands Cocktail Blinis
- 80g Extra Special Scottish Smoked Salmon
Juice and zest the lemon. Stir the juice into the soft cheese.
Set out the blinis and spread the soft cheese onto each one. Season with black pepper.
Tear the salmon into strips and use to top each blini. Garnish with the zest before serving.
