Smoky Mexican chicken fajitas
- 200g leftover chicken
- 1 onion
- 2 peppers
- Chosen by you Mexican rice
- Mexican dips stacker
- 10 ml oil
Slice an onion and two peppers into thin strips, then pan fry with a little oil for 2-3 minutes.
Tear the cooked chicken in to strips.
Add the sliced chicken to the pan and stir through gently for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with warmed tortillas, rice, salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
