Ingredients
  • 2 Extra Special Sorrento Lemons
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 100ml hot water
  • 600ml sparkling water
  • 10 mint leaves
Method
  • Roll the lemons or squeeze them in the palm of your hand to get the juices moving around so the lemon will give more juice.

  • Cut the lemons into halves and squeeze them into a bowl to release the juice (squeeze lemons through a sieve to ensure no pips go into the lemon juice).

  • Dispense the hot water into a pitcher, add the sugar and stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Next, top up with sparkling water.

  • Pull the mint leaves from the stem and roughly chop before adding to the lemonade for added flavour. Best served chilled.
