Ingredients
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 6 bacon rashers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 100ml single cream
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
Method
  • Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions. Fry the bacon rashers in the oil until crisp.

  • Add the cream and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

  • Add the egg yolks, then toss all ingredients with the drained spaghetti. Add fresh Parmesan, to serve.
