- 350g spaghetti
- 6 bacon rashers, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100ml single cream
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions. Fry the bacon rashers in the oil until crisp.
Add the cream and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the egg yolks, then toss all ingredients with the drained spaghetti. Add fresh Parmesan, to serve.
