Spaghetti with herby cheese & pine nuts
- 300g spaghetti
- 125g broccoli, broken into small florets
- 75g pine nuts
- 150g Asda French Roulé Cheese
- 4 tbsp milk
- 15g butter
- 50g Asda Extra Mature Cheddar, grated
- 3 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
Add the spaghetti to a large pan of lightly salted, boiling water and cook as per pack instructions, adding the broccoli for the last 2 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, toss the pine nuts over a medium heat in a non-stick frying pan until golden – be careful as they burn easily. Tip into a bowl.
Put the Roulé, milk and butter in the same pan the pasta was cooked in and stir over a low heat until melted. Add the spaghetti and pine nuts, broccoli, Cheddar and parsley and toss together. Serve immediately.
