Ingredients
  • 400g pack Asda Extra Special Pork and Sweet Chilli Sausages
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 400g can Asda Chopped Tomatoes with Chilli and Peppers
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Method
  • Cook the sausages to pack instructions. Then slice thickly and set aside.

  • Fry the onion in the olive oil until soft and golden. Add the garlic clove and cook for another minute.

  • Add the tomatoes and sweet chilli sauce and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in the sliced sausages, season well and cook for a few more minutes or until heated through.

  • Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti (or any of your favourite pasta) to pack instructions. Drain, toss with the sauce and serve.
