Ingredients
  • 300g Smart Price Spaghetti
  • 320g Smart Price Peas (frozen)
  • 120g Smart Price Smoked Salmon Trimmings
  • 200g Chosen by you 50% Less Fat Garlic & Herbs Light Soft Cheese (or original flavour)
  • 1 lemon, zest of
Method
  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the spaghetti, bring back to the boil and simmer fast for 10 minutes, adding the peas for the last 5 minutess. Drain, reserving 2 tbsp of the cooking water.

  • Meanwhile, tear the salmon into small pieces.

  • Return the pasta to the pan and pour in the reserved cooking water. Add the smoked salmon, soft cheese and zest, then toss gently to mix. Season with black pepper.
