Spaghetti with smoked salmon

- 300g Smart Price Spaghetti
- 320g Smart Price Peas (frozen)
- 120g Smart Price Smoked Salmon Trimmings
- 200g Chosen by you 50% Less Fat Garlic & Herbs Light Soft Cheese (or original flavour)
- 1 lemon, zest of
Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the spaghetti, bring back to the boil and simmer fast for 10 minutes, adding the peas for the last 5 minutess. Drain, reserving 2 tbsp of the cooking water.
Meanwhile, tear the salmon into small pieces.
Return the pasta to the pan and pour in the reserved cooking water. Add the smoked salmon, soft cheese and zest, then toss gently to mix. Season with black pepper.
