Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1-2 tsp lime juice
  • 150g pot soured cream
  • 1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • Fresh coriander, to garnish
  • Cornchips, to serve
Method
  • Halve, stone and skin avocado. Put in a bowl with lime juice and mash with a fork. Stir in soured cream, chilli and coriander. Season and chill.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with cornchips.
