Spicy dip with soured cream, avocado and chilli
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1-2 tsp lime juice
- 150g pot soured cream
- 1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tsp chopped coriander
- Fresh coriander, to garnish
- Cornchips, to serve
Halve, stone and skin avocado. Put in a bowl with lime juice and mash with a fork. Stir in soured cream, chilli and coriander. Season and chill.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with cornchips.
