  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp garam masala
  • 225g couscous
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 225g frozen petit pois
  • ¼ cucumber, skin on, diced
  • ½ pack spring onions, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 red pepper, de-seeded and cut into small pieces
  • 160g pack Asda Peeled King Prawns
  • 2 x 135g packs Asda Honey Roast Salmon
  • Heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil in a pan, add the garam masala and cook gently, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat, add the couscous and 300ml boiling water, then leave, covered, until the contents are completely cold.

  • Transfer the couscous to a large bowl, add the lemon juice and the rest of the olive oil. Fluff up with a fork and mix thoroughly, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Meanwhile, boil the petit pois for 3 minutes, drain onto a colander and rinse under cold water to stop them from continuing to cook. Set aside.

  • To serve, stir the cucumber, spring onion, pepper, prawns, salmon and cooked petit pois into the couscous.
